Editorial policy

Editorial responsibility: dumpstergang.org editorial desk, an independent fan-site research team. The byline identifies the site responsible for corrections; it does not imply publisher affiliation or professional accreditation.

Sources and independence

A fact is cross-checked when two independent public sources support it. Two Steam endpoints are one store source. Multiple Curve pages and copies of one press release are one source family, even when many sites publish them. A lone source is labeled. A publisher announcement can establish what was announced, without claiming the feature has been independently tested.

If Steam says 3 December and gamebiz says 4 December, both dates stay attributed on the release page. We do not average them. Missing prices, file sizes, ratings, version numbers and performance results remain unlisted. Wishlist figures are the studio's own dated claims. Preview-only details stay attributed to the preview.

Checks and corrections

Sources were reviewed on 29 October 2026. We aim to revisit release, price and crossplay pages weekly around launch and when a public announcement is reported. The visible check date changes only after a review. To report an error, send the page URL, disputed sentence and public evidence to [email protected].

Corrections on 29 October 2026: added the verified Xbox on PC demo listing; separated Nintendo GameShare from same-device split-screen; corrected the preview's thrown item from a megaphone to a boombox; replaced inferred trailer dates with YouTube upload metadata.
