Dumpster Gang on Switch 2

Nintendo describes GameShare locally or online via GameChat; this is sharing between devices, not confirmation of same-screen split-screen. Nintendo did not publish amiibo support, touch controls, resolution, or a file size, so those stay off this page.

Cross-platform play with Steam or Xbox is a separate, unanswered question: crossplay status.

Questions

Is Dumpster Gang on the original Switch?

Not announced. Nintendo's October 2026 note names Switch 2 only. I am not calling Switch 1 unsupported, because nobody published that sentence.

Can you use the mouse controls?

Nintendo of Australia says the Switch 2 version supports Joy-Con 2 mouse controls.
